Do I need to work all three days?
Yes, all officers are expected to work the full assignment.
What time should I arrive?

Thursday: 1:30–1:45 PM (mandatory briefing)

Parking & Transportation
Is parking provided?
Yes—free parking is available at designated transportation hubs.
Where are the parking locations?

Enter the parking lot from the College Road West entrance. There is a sign that reads 43 College Road West at entrance

How do I get to campus?
It is only a short 10-minute walk to the training center from the parking lot.
Uniform & Equipment
What is the uniform requirement?

Uniform shirt will be handed to you in the parking lot of the Seminary where you will also be required to sign in with an Arrow Supervisor working the event.

Black or dark blue BDU trousers

Arrow Security polo (provided if needed)

Black boots or shoes (no sneakers)

Duty belt + flashlight (no phone flashlights)
Meals & Breaks
Will food be provided?
No—officers must bring their own meals/snacks.
Will breaks be given?
Yes—supervisors will coordinate meal and hygiene breaks.
Weather Preparedness
How should I prepare for weather conditions?
Officers should be prepared for all weather conditions. Please dress in layers and bring appropriate gear, including rain protection such as a poncho or raincoat.
